1. Who we are and these terms

EZ Offset is made by Richard Chavez, doing business as EZ Offset Dental, Arizona, USA ("we", "us"). These terms are the licence agreement for EZ Offset. By using the app or buying a plan, you agree to them. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, so their Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

2. The free trial

You can use every part of EZ Offset without paying, except saving (exporting) a file. No account or key is needed to try it.

3. Plans, payment and renewal

A plan costs $39 a month or $299 a year, plus any sales tax Lemon Squeezy must collect. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you stop it. To stop renewal, use the "manage subscription" link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email. Export keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. If we change prices, we will tell you before your next renewal. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Your licence

While your plan is active, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use EZ Offset for your own lab work. One licence covers one lab and up to 3 devices activated at the same time. The app checks your key with Lemon Squeezy from time to time and keeps working offline for up to 14 days after the last check. EZ Offset includes open-source parts (three.js, manifold-3d, meshoptimizer, earcut and IBM Plex fonts), which stay under their own licences.

5. Licence keys and free codes

Your key is for you. Do not share, sell or publish it. We may give free or trial codes at our choice; a code can have an end date, and we can withdraw it.

6. Not a medical device: you check every part

EZ Offset is a lab utility for preparing models and parts. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat anyone. Results depend on the scan, your settings, your printer, your material and your process. You are responsible for checking the fit and suitability of every part before it is used on a patient.

7. Your files and patient data

Your case files are processed in your browser and never leave your computer. We do not receive or store them. You own your files and everything you make with the app. You are responsible for having the right to use any patient data in your files, and for keeping it safe under the laws that apply to you.

8. No warranty

EZ Offset is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or follow-on losses, including remakes, lost chair time, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Fair use

Do not resell or sublicense the app, get around the licence check, or use the app to harm the service or other people.

11. Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. If a change matters, we will post it here and, where we can, email you before it applies. You can stop renewal through the link in your receipt email. We can suspend a licence that breaks these terms. When a plan ends, export stops working; the rest of the app stays open as in the trial.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live. Questions: support@ezoffsetdental.com.
