Refund Policy

EZ Offset has a free trial that does everything except export, so you can test it on your own cases before you pay. Because of that, plan payments are not refunded, including for unused time after you stop renewal.

This does not limit refunds that Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, grants under its Buyer Terms, or refunds the law where you live requires.

If you were charged twice or by mistake, email support@ezoffsetdental.com and we will help sort it out with Lemon Squeezy.
